Ekiti state Governor, ayodele Fayose says anybody that
follows Obasanjo’s word is doing it to his own detriment because the former
president is a cunning man.
While speaking through the Chief press secretary, MR. Idowu
Adelusi, in Ado Ekiti, on Wednesday, he described the declaration of support
for the All Progressive Congress presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari
(retd.) by former President Olusegun Obasanjo as a political tumble.
The governor advises all Nigerian to ignore anything that
comes out from the old cargo because age is counting on him.
He said “leaving President Jonathan and vote Buhari is like
abandoning the road and enter the bush. God forbid we enter forest which we may
not come out from for so many years.”
“How can you follow somebody who because of old age is doddering,
but been propelled by his followers to fly the plane at all cost. Won’t that
plane crash?”
The governor said only nonentity will be bothered by his saying
nowadays especially on political issues.
