  1. Getting a facelift might not be as common among men, but this just goes to show that it does happen. A facelift can be a good thing for people who have some kind of birth defects. They aren't always necessary, but can help out medically. But, you want to make sure you get a good surgeon, or you will end up with a poor facelift.
