President-elect Muhammadu Buhari has extended his
hand of partnership to the newly elected governors and state legislators
across the nation.
While commending the triumphant governors and state legislators on their hard-earned victories, General Muhammadu Buhari also urged them to listen to the clarion call of the electorates when sworn in.
The president-elect took to his twitter handle to issue his first message to Nigerians after the just concluded general elections.
General Buhari said: “Congratulations to all successful governorship candidates. I look forward to working with you. There is much to be done”.
Meanwhile, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari in a chat with SaharaTV spoke on how he plans to deal with corruption, the government’s finances, Boko Haram, and Nigeria’s economy.

Minister of Finance Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala for the financial situation
