Sex And Love11 sex rules you must not ignore for your own good

Sex can be pleasurable but it is also one of the most dangerous biological acts you can attempt — if you don’t do the right thing, the right time and the right way.

You know, one of the most pleasurable experiences you could have is sex, and the attendant orgasm.
But again, sex is also one of the most dangerous biological acts you can attempt — if you don’t do the right thing, the right time and the right way.
The pleasure of the action can turn into a hazard at any time.
But if you follow these rules, you can limit the risk.

  1. Don’t have sex with a partner who is injured around the genitalia. Injured genitalia must not be used in sex because it is a simple way of transferring diseased. Until wounds in pubic regions are handled, shun sex.
  2. Never penetrate anal and vaginal without changing condoms. Sex should either be vaginal or anal (for those who engage in it). Now, it is very dangerous to penetrate the vagina and the anus one after the other because you transfer dangerous bacteria that way. If you must do anal and vaginal, then change condoms.
  3. Always approach sex (especially oral) with clean hands, body. Cleanliness is next to sexiness. Germs can easily be transferred via intimate sexual actions, oral and fingering/masturbation especially. So a shower or a light wash is good insurance.
  4. Don’t engage in oral sex during menstruation. Apart from the fact that menstrual fluid is often smelly, it is not healthy to have menstrual fluid close to the mouth.
  5. Always have a lubricant when attempting sex for the first time or after a long time off. The vagina needs to adjust to the feel of a penis. So, if you want to have sex as a virgin, or a woman who has not had sex in a while, apply a water-based lubricant to help prevent tears in the vagina.
  6. Don’t turn household items to sex toys without professional advice. It is good to experiment during sex, but not to try stupid thing. A man used a light bulb to plug his anus. Unfortunately, the bulb exploded into his anus and cut him bad. Another man had a dildo break in his anus and had to be operated while a woman got electrocuted using a handheld machine as vibrator.
  7. Avoid unprotected sex with strange partners. Wild sex may be appealing, but try to be protected always. You can’t be sure what diseases a healthy-looking person carried.
  8. Treat injuries in genital areas as soon as possible. If you value your sex life, then always treat infections and injuries around the genitalia as soon as you notice them before they cause something worse.
  9. Don’t use expired condoms or re-use a used one. A condom must not be reused just as you must not use an expired condom. Otherwise, you have just wasted the effort of wearing the condom.
  10. Never have sex on the sand or in compromised water. You may have grains of sand lodged in your privates if you have sex on the sand, say the beach. Also, some waters, like over-chlorinated pool water or a river with questionable water, are not good places for water sex. You risk getting bad infections.
  11. It is not every sex position that you must attempt. Lastly, you must realise that being creative with sex techniques is good, but must not be too creative. Some positions are only safe under some conditions. Trying to get acrobatic with a pregnant woman or having a fat woman get on top can kill a small bodied man.
While observing these 11 rules may limit the attendant risks of sex, you must realise that you can do more to protect yourself and remain healthy.
Aside abstinence, you can go for regular checks at the hospital as well ensure the HIV status of you and your partner(s).
Go get some love the safe way.
