This lady who works as a presenter for NTA was caught live on TV applying make up to her face when the TV camera was swapped for advertisement segment, she was busy applying the make - up and was too late to realise her presence on air. The girl was caught in shock and needed to adjust back to continue her program, (funny)

Another one is when A Channels TV cameraman captured a major blunder by a female anchor on live television involving their news broadcast. They were covering the Jos building collapse, but midway through the coverage, they returned on air without prompting the anchors. And in that moment, on live TV, the female anchor was captured blowing her male colleague a kiss.
